The wedding cake was a three layer, white chocolate cake with butter cream and fondant frosting and it tasted great. A shame only the bride and groom got to eat it!
As a virgin effort, it turned out all right. I'll keep playing around with fondant and butter cream. Millie Vanillie has already requested a fondant covered, tiered birthday cake. Guess the word is out!
