As a start to the spring break fun, the whole family went bowling on Saturday. Free pizza and lanes through the employee association. Unfortunately for us we didn't get to bowl in the kids lane (already taken!), so all scores were "real" and not the artificially adjusted ones for when you can't get any gutter balls. Normally I am a weak wristed and fairly inattentive bowler who is content to sit and chat and has to be reminded when it's my turn. However, on Saturday, I was en fuego! Must have been the relatively new rental shoes or something? I bowled a 137, which might not seem much, but was the highest in our family. And me without a childhood bowling league trophy to show off!
