Crime Scene

I came into the family room this morning and found a "crime scene". Madeline had very kindly labeled the spots where the cat had thrown up on the carpet. Rather than cleaning it up, she took the time to clearly label the specific spots on the carpet. Perhaps we watch too much NCIS ? The Perp:

The Fabulous Baking Boys

Gavin, Nico & Luke were in the mood for something sweet yesterday, so they put their heads together and decided on snickerdoodles. We got to enjoy some delicious treats and the house smelled great! (Can you tell I'm having issues uploading photos? Wish I could say it was intentional artistic creativity!)

Breaking Records

It's that time of year when the schools make the kids run mile and do a variety of other endurance type activities. Bonita says "it's kind of suckish and it doesn't make sense, because rather than building you up for it, you just do a cold run". However, my Li'l Man has shaved two minutes off his mile time! Wonder what he could do if he actually worked on it? Bonnie would also like to point out that she has shaved two minutes off her time. I live in a house full of runners and have no idea where they got it from.
