Let's just say, hypothetically speaking, a package arrived in the mail today. It's obviously a Christmas gift from family members. The packaging is gift wrap, which is mostly intact. There is a small rip on the corner and a person could see a little bit of text on the box underneath the wrapping paper. Do you tape it back up to prevent peeking? Of course I would not have told the children. Darn rip wasn't big enough. So I got out the tape and taped it up like I was channeling Aunt Neenah (she uses LOTS of tape in her gift wrapping!). Couldn't even peek now if I wanted to. Not that I wanted to. Just saying, is all. Hypothetical situation.
