Pour Some Sugar on Me!

I joined a friend's Facebook group and am not eating anything with Sugar or White Flour for the month of March. I'm only four, make that five, days into the challenge and it is a little more challenging than I thought. I've had four days of nearly making it. Nearly, as in I go all day long with out sugar or white flour, and then when helping make treats for the school bake sale, I popped a miniature marshmallow in my mouth. One marshmallow, without even thinking about it. It was purely reflexive. The little marshmallow tumbled out of the bag and was just waiting to be eaten sitting there alone on the counter. Hopefully today will be the day. I'm coming so close! And I have developed strategies - sugar free gum is handy when you want a taste of something sweet. So is an apple or orange. Wanna join me?

Honesty! Very good. Yogurt sweetened with fruit juice and sugar-free jello are also nice for a fix, for me. :)

I do want to join you. I've wanted to do that for a long time, but haven't mustered up the will-power yet. It's especially hard when pregnant, but I really should try it.
