I think you'll love these...


I've been lingering over this recipe for Caramel Chocolate Crackers for some time now, and finally made a batch. Can I just say, that I think I'm in heaven. They are ridiculously easy to make, and I think they will disappear ridiculously fast. Let me know how long they last at your house!

I [Louie] tried to bring haroset (the passover dish that is chopped up apples and nuts with cinnamon, sugar and grape juice, that you scoop up chip-and-dip style with matzoh) to my work and church class. Unfortunately I found that of the three grocery stores in Brigham City, none of the employees have even heard of Passover, much less carry matzoh. I would eat a lot of it if it was covered in toffee and chocolate! Yum!

I love haroset! Never tried making it myself though. Maybe I should do that some time. I think you would really love the chocolaet caramel crackers. It did take me a few tries to find the matzoh crackers, but I thnk it was worth it. And lucky me, since it was after passover, they were discouted. Yippee!
